Berner & Klaw was founded in 1994 by Joni Berner and Margaret Klaw, as a successor practice to the Law Offices of Joni J. Berner (1987 – 1993).  Currently, we have seven attorneys and four support staff members. Our offices also include three other attorneys who periodically work with us. We practice all aspects of family law, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse, adoption, and GLBT relationship and dissolution agreements.

We also handle a limited number of personal injury cases arising out of family issues such as domestic violence or child sexual abuse. 

Additionally, we offer divorce and custody mediation services - three of our attorneys are trained mediators. 

Berner & Klaw practices in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Bucks and Lehigh counties in Pennsylvania and in Gloucester, Camden and Burlington counties in New Jersey.
