Philadelphia County:
The Parent Action Network offers a variety of support groups designed to address the needs of 
parents in many different situations.  Led by social workers of the Department of Human 
Services, some groups help parents resolve conflict and improve communication with their
children. Others offer a place for parents who have lost custody of their children to meet and
